Ondansetron 4 mg per 2 ml ampoule (for IM/IV use).

Indication
Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery, gastroenteritis, and other medical conditions.
Dosage
As directed by physician; typical adult dose 4 mg IV/IM before procedure or chemotherapy; children’s dose varies with weight and indication.
Side Effects & Precautions
Headache, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, dizziness, injection site irritation, rare serious effects (QT prolongation, hypersensitivity).
Precautions: Avoid use in known allergy to ondansetron or similar antiemetics; caution in severe liver impairment, electrolyte disturbance, heart rhythm problems (QT prolongation), pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised; not effective for motion sickness.
